• Represent client brands at retail locations in a professional manner
• Communicate product and service information clearly and accurately to customers
• Provide customer service and address general questions
• Track and report customer interactions to team leadership
• Follow company policies and client guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous experience in sales, customer service is helpful but not required
