We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Marketing and Promotions Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and promotional marketing campaigns
• Engage directly with donors, supporters, and community members at live events to increase awareness and encourage contributions
• Represent nonprofit partners professionally and positively in public-facing settings
• Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content at events and outreach locations
• Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Track donor interactions, engagement data, and campaign performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and outreach results
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative marketing and fundraising strategies

Qualifications

• Entry-level applicants are strongly encouraged — no prior fundraising experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred (not required)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face public engagement and event environments
