Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of direct marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, campaign objectives, and daily priorities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on results and key metrics.
  • Communicate project updates and expectations to team members and leadership.
  • Help train and mentor new team members on campaign procedures and best practices.
  • Identify challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Maintain organized records, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Support event logistics, including setup, coordination, and follow-up activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, athletics, leadership roles, or team environments is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
