We are actively hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our growing event marketing and community outreach team. In this role, you will interact directly with customers and community members at live events, promotional campaigns, retail locations, and fundraising initiatives while providing professional and engaging customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, community members, and event attendees
• Provide accurate information about campaigns, services, programs, and nonprofit initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service and customer support during events and community outreach activities
• Answer customer questions and help create positive, professional interactions
• Communicate campaign and fundraising information clearly and professionally
• Support fundraising campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage with customers and members of the public in face-to-face environments
• Represent the organization and its campaigns in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily campaign and event goals
• Participate in paid training, coaching, team meetings, and professional development
• Maintain a positive and professional image while interacting with customers and community members
