We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build valuable skills in customer acquisition, sales, communication, marketing, and leadership.

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will represent our clients in a professional customer-facing environment. You’ll learn how to engage customers, understand their needs, present solutions, and provide an excellent customer experience.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide hands-on coaching, ongoing development, and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Represent Spectrum and our organization with professionalism
• Learn and communicate Spectrum products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist customers throughout the acquisition and enrollment process
• Build positive customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in coaching and team meetings
• Develop strong communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment
