Job Description
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Client Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping to maintain strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support overall customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for individuals with strong people skills who enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Respond to customer questions and provide timely support
- Educate clients on products, services, and available solutions
- Assist with onboarding new customers and managing client accounts
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support business growth through customer retention and relationship building
Qualifications
