Brandlete is expanding its team and is looking for Business Development Representatives to support the growth of T-Mobile Business through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns.

In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses, introducing mobile, internet, and connectivity solutions designed to help organisations stay connected and operate more efficiently. Every conversation is an opportunity to understand a customer's needs, build relationships, and demonstrate how T-Mobile Business can support their goals.

Previous business development experience isn't essential. Brandlete provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build valuable commercial skills.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Representative, you'll spend your day engaging with businesses and creating opportunities for T-Mobile Business.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Learning about each organisation's communication and connectivity requirements.
• Introducing T-Mobile Business products and explaining how they can benefit different types of businesses.
• Building professional relationships that create trust and confidence.
• Identifying opportunities to match customers with suitable business solutions.
• Supporting new customers through the onboarding process while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
• Taking part in regular product training, coaching sessions, and team development.
