Responsibilities

• Assist with daily team operations and community outreach initiatives.
• Support nonprofit events, fundraising campaigns, and marketing programs.
• Help train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Assist with event scheduling, setup, logistics, and onsite coordination.
• Represent nonprofit partners and community organizations professionally.
• Build relationships with community members, volunteers, and event attendees.
• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results.
• Participate in leadership training focused on communication, coaching, and business development.

• Interest in leadership, events, marketing, nonprofit outreach, or business development
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
• Previous experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, events, fundraising, or team leadership are encouraged to apply.
