Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Training Support Assistant to support Instagram content, engagement, research, and structured digital project tasks.

This role is ideal for someone early-career, organised, responsive, and interested in AI, business content, digital growth, and online research.

You do not need to be an expert. You do need to follow instructions, communicate quickly, complete tasks properly, and document your work.

Responsibilities

• Writing and posting LinkedIn content (3–4 posts/week)
• Engaging with target audiences (comments, conversations, visibility)
• Identifying trends, news, and insights to position the brand
• Supporting inbound interest through content
• Documenting what works (to train AI systems internally)

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram growth (content + engagement)
• Ability to write clear, engaging, non-corporate content
• Consistency and accountability
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• High attention to detail and communication
• Reliable internet and connection

Compensation

• Weekly payouts minimum 100 GBP, increases depending on complexity of task, however not exceeding 5 hours a week. (approx £20 >/hour)
• Opportunity to grow into a long-term role as the company scales
• Flexible (approx. 5 hours/week)

Ideal Candidate

• No prior involvement with Handshake AI or similar AI digital training platform projects
• Must be reliable, responsive, and self-managed
• GDPR awareness and professionalism
• Interested in AI, automation, business growth, websites, and LinkedIn content
• Able to start immediately and complete onboarding within 24–48 hours if selected.

For this project, we are prioritising applicants who have not previously used or completed work on AI training/data platforms such as Scale AI, Labelbox, Remotasks, Appen, TELUS AI, Handshake AI or similar digital AI platforms.
