Own the end-to-end enrollment outreach, pipeline development, and community partnerships for Sequoyah School, driving inquiry growth, applicant conversion, and strategic community engagement.

  • Lead market development and outreach to drive inquiries and build enrollment pipelines with feeder schools and partners.
  • Oversee admissions collaboration to convert interest into applicants and coordinate yield and onboarding tactics.
  • Build and measure community partnerships and events to expand brand reach and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Development, Pipeline Growth, and Marketing - Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy to drive inquiry numbers. - Proactively identify, build, and maintain pipelines with feeder schools, community organizations, consultants, international partners, and other referral sources. - Partner with Advancement and Communications to create and implement integrated enrollment marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and community outreach channels. - Create and coordinate enrollment marketing content, including student stories, classroom highlights, and community partnerships, to strengthen brand awareness and attract prospective families. Pipeline Management - Partner with the Admissions Team to convert interest into applicants and coordinate yield programming, new family onboarding processes, and summer engagement for admitted families. - Guide interested families through the application, interview, and assessment process. - Contribute applicant insights as part of the Admissions Committee. - Develop and maintain structured follow-up communication cadences with prospective families using Finalsite automated workflows. - Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to assess recruitment activity and pipeline health. Community Partnerships and Events - Create, promote, and execute out-of-the-box recruitment events, community workshops, and partner information sessions. - Cultivate long-term partnerships with feeder schools, educational consultants, youth organizations, camps, after-school programs, employers, and community leaders. - Track the ROI of outreach initiatives and partnerships using Finalsite data analytics. - Represent the Sequoyah community at events.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-7 years in admissions, enrollment management, business development, community engagement, marketing, partnership development, nonprofit advancement, or related customer acquisition roles.
  • Core Competencies: A proven growth-minded relationship-builder with a passion for networking, public speaking, and community engagement.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital pipeline management; experience with Finalsite is highly desirable.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend community events and networking functions.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred.
