The Employee Communications Associate for North America supports the development and execution of communications for the North America region commercial organization. Guided by the Company’s Next Great Chapter: Drive strategy, this role will focus on how to leverage our internal channels to inform, inspire, and engage employees across distribution, corporate, and retail.
Working closely with the North America Employee Communications Lead, this position will support day-to-day communications planning, content development for weekly newsletter and internal social channel, editorial calendar management, employee storytelling, events, and ad-hoc projects. The role will partner with teams across Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations, People & Development and other cross-functional groups to help deliver timely, relevant and engaging communications that drive connectivity and engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with excellent attention to detail, exercises sound judgment and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. To thrive in this role, this person should be curious and proactive, collaborative and highly organized, with a passion for storytelling and an interest in building employee connection across the business.

  • Draft, edit and publish content for internal communications channels, including newsletters, regional updates and internal social channel (Viva Engage), ensuring alignment with company messaging and priorities.
  • Support the development of communication materials, including toolkits, talking points, briefing documents and leadership messages.
  • Help manage regional editorial calendars, content plans and publishing schedules.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of multimedia content and employee storytelling initiatives that support engagement and awareness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations and People & Development, to support communication initiatives and business priorities.
  • Coordinate communication assets, project plans and timelines to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Support the collection and reporting of analytics, survey feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, leadership communications and corporate events that strengthen culture and connection across the region.
  • Support the planning and execution of regional events and touchpoints, including Town Halls, Ask Me Anything sessions and In Conversation programming
Salary range: $62,000 - $95,935 annually,
  • 2-4 years communications experience; internal communications experience is a must.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
  • Experience supporting communications for a commercial, retail or field-based population preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, details and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience drafting communications materials such as newsletters, internal posts, talking points, PowerPoint decks and briefing documents.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong follow-through, sound judgment and a collaborative working style.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment and partnering with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Natural curiosity, strong storytelling instincts and an interest in employee engagement.
  • Ability to use feedback, analytics and engagement insights to help refine communications.
  • Positive, flexible approach with the ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimal travel required.
