Job Description

We're launching THRIVIN in the US and need a sharp, hands-on operator to own the backend that makes the storefront run. This is the person who sits at the center of our US ecommerce engine — building and managing our Shopify backend, keeping the product catalog accurate and live, and making sure goods move cleanly from our factory into the warehouse and onto the site, correctly set up and ready to sell. It's an operational role by design: backend Shopify, inbound logistics and channel operations are one connected job, not three. If you're strong on the operational and systems side of ecommerce, overseeing logistics — getting goods inbounded to the 3PL — is a natural extension of the same workflow. You'll mirror the backend and operations function that runs our EU and UK stores today, and build the US equivalent from the ground up.

You'll report directly to the founder and work US hours, acting as the operational backbone for the US market. As we scale, you'll also own TikTok Shop operations, including Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), making sure inventory, product setup and fulfilment are seamless across every channel we sell on.

This role is ideal for someone who lives in the backend — happiest inside Shopify admin, a PO tracker and a WMS — who wants to build the systems and processes a fast-growing US ecommerce business runs on.

What You'll Own

• Shopify backend (US store): product and collection setup, variants, tags, store organization and exclusivity logic — keeping the US catalog accurate, live and correctly configured at all times.

• Inbound & 3PL logistics: coordinate with our US warehouse (Ship Bots) and freight partners to get goods inbounded, received and processed. Track inbound timelines from approval → ship →

warehouse receipt → live on site, chase delays, and make sure units land without gaps.

• Out-of-stock & oversell strategy: manage OOS and oversell settings, flag replenishment needs, and feed stock/website-performance insights into buying and merch decisions.

• Replenishment & allocation support: provide the operational inputs (sell-through, cover, PO

status) that drive replenishment planning and stock allocation for the US market.

• Preorder & launch setup: build preorder / "save & wait" mechanics with ETAs, and support product launches, drops and peak trading from an operational standpoint.

• TikTok Shop & FBT operations: own product setup, inventory availability, replenishment and

compliance across TikTok Shop and Fulfilled by TikTok, keeping it in sync with Shopify.

• Conversion & backend optimization: run and monitor backend tests (e.g. shipping tiers, checkout settings) and track the impact on conversion, iterating on what works.

• Systems & data integrity: ensure data flows cleanly between Shopify, ERP/WMS/OMS and

fulfilment partners; resolve sync and inventory discrepancies fast. Play a lead role in implementing and embedding our ERP.

• Process & reporting: build SOPs, reporting and automations so the US backend scales cleanly — and route requests and priorities through ClickUp so nothing gets lost.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in ecommerce operations, backend management or ecommerce logistics within a high-growth DTC / consumer brand.

• Direct experience with activewear, fashion or accessories D2C brands is required — you

understand how apparel catalogs, sizing and inventory move.

• Hands-on Shopify backend expertise — product/collection setup, inventory settings, multi-store or multi-market environments.

• Strong inventory and stock-flow instincts: comfortable working across a PO tracker and managing OOS/oversell/replenishment inputs.

• Experience coordinating 3PLs, warehouses and inbound logistics — getting goods received,

reconciled and live.

• Comfort working across ERP, WMS and OMS platforms; experience implementing or improving

these systems is a big plus.

• TikTok Shop experience, ideally including Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) — or the operational aptitude to own it quickly.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, and a systems-and-process mindset — you spot the manual

workflow and automate it.

• Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and calm juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving, scaling business.

• Strong communicator who works well cross-functionally with buying, merch, marketing, CS and external partners.

• Based in the US and able to work US hours as the dedicated backend/ops resource for the market.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with international / cross-border fulfilment and customs processes.

• Experience with API integrations and connecting ecommerce systems.

• A track record of standing up backend operations for a new market or store from scratch.

What's on Offer

• A foundational role building the US backend of a fast-growing global activewear brand.

• Direct line to the founder and the core leadership team.

• Real ownership and autonomy over systems, process and how the US operation is built.

• Full-time, US-based, remote.

If you love living in the backend — Shopify, inventory, inbound logistics and the systems that tie them together — and want to build a US operation from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.
