Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and monitor Fresh Thyme’s website and mobile application product and content operations to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Manage and maintain site and app functionality in partnership with Digital Product Owner(s).
  • Partner with Digital Product Owner(s) to ensure Content Management System (CMS) functionalities and enhancements are up to date with latest code releases.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance within the CMS operations workflow, as well as the customer-facing content published in production.
  • Manages aspects of SEO alongside Digital Merchandising Specialists and Agency partners.
  • Collaborates with Marketing department, Customer Service, Operations and Technical Support (including 3rd party services) to discuss, analyze and resolve website and mobile application issues.
  • Assist with website and mobile application troubleshooting during the development of new and existing projects.
  • Monitor and report out on Sales and Engagement analytics across web and app channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2-years of professional experience in eCommerce, website or mobile application maintenance or content operations.
  • Proven experience with operationalizing content into Content Management Systems.
  • Experience with SEO knowledge and non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS. Basic graphic design a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of web-based design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Effective time-management skills.
