We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-energy creator to design, launch, and lead a brand-new 45-minute Parent/Child Class designed specifically for toddlers ages 18 to 36 months. Instead of a stuffy, quiet classroom, you will use our premium, climate-controlled trampoline park and attractions as your ultimate developmental playground.

Your Mission: Build & Lead the Program

• Design from Scratch: Create an engaging, active, 45-minute curriculum tailored for toddlers (18–36 months) and their parents. Focus on gross motor skills, coordination, social interaction, and, above all, massive amounts of fun.
• Lead with "Serious Fun": Take the reins as the premier Lead Instructor for these classes. You will guide parents and toddlers through your curriculum, bringing unmatched warmth, safety, and energy to every session.
• Be the Face of Launch Toddlers: Build deep, trusting relationships with Arlington, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie parents. You are creating a local community where families feel supported and excited to return every single week.
• Own the Growth: Act like the CEO of your program. Gather feedback, refine the weekly themes (e.g., superhero days, obstacle course weeks), and help market the class to the local DFW community.

You’re the Perfect Leader If...

• You're a Toddler Whisperer: You understand the developmental milestones of 18-to-36-month-olds (and you know how to keep their attention for 45 minutes!).
• You're an Aspiring Professional or Educator: You have or are pursuing a degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Kinesiology, or Physical Education (great for UT Arlington / UTA and TCC students or local alumni).
• Parents and Kids Both Love You: You can transition instantly from being high-energy and goofy with a 2-year-old to being professional, warm, and communicative with a DFW parent.
