The E-Commerce Specialist II monitors and optimizes PMI’s e-commerce platforms. This role involves developing strategies to drive online sales, improving user experience, and ensuring the efficient operation of our eCommerce systems. A key component of this role is overseeing the product onboarding process to ensure new products are effectively integrated into the platform. This role is primarily focused on supporting B2B e-commerce systems, products, and operations, while providing support for broader e-commerce initiatives as business needs evolve.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supports B2B e-commerce initiatives, including ATP, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and other business-to-business product offerings, while providing operational support for broader B2C e-commerce initiatives as needed.
• Coordinates the end-to-end product onboarding process across e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete product launches.
• Builds, configures, and maintains product catalogue across multiple platforms, including product setup, pricing, metadata, tax configuration, merchandising attributes, and product lifecycle management.
• Coordinates cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Tax, Customer Support, and other business stakeholders to gather product requirements, pricing, assets, launch timelines, and operational readiness.
• Manages day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product configuration, catalogue maintenance, pricing updates, tax changes, promotional offers, audience management, and business requests.
• Performs end-to-end functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate product configuration, pricing, taxes, promotions, checkout functionality, and overall customer experience prior to launch.
• Troubleshoots and resolves product, catalogue, and operational issues by partnering with business and technical teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing platform stability.
• Monitors product launch timelines and communicates status, risks, dependencies, and operational readiness to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supports merchandising and marketing initiatives through promo code administration, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and promotional offer management.
• Maintains product documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational processes to support ongoing business operations and knowledge sharing.
• Identifies opportunities to improve e-commerce operations through process optimization, automation, data quality improvements, and continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with tax, payment, legal, and business requirements across global e-commerce platforms.
• Monitors platform health and operational performance, proactively identifying issues and recommending improvements to optimize the customer experience and business outcomes.

Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in eCommerce, with a focus on B2B environment.
• Proven experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Sitecore).
• Strong understanding of B2B sale processes and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PMI’s working language (English)
• Some travel, possibly up to 10%.
