Job Summary

Own the end-to-end ecommerce storytelling engine, coordinating seasonal campaigns and launches while aligning global and regional teams to drive measurable impact.

Job Description

Own end-to-end ecommerce brand campaigns across seasonal stories and launches, driving commercial outcomes through coordinated regional and DTC collaboration.

  • Campaign planning and calendar ownership aligned with trading plans, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the DTC team and regional Marketing to unify content and communications for ecommerce.
  • Develop seasonal planning documents including kick-off briefs, strategy decks, and license approvals.
  • Oversee development of all creative digital assets (banners, landing pages, product copy) from brief to delivery.
  • Monitor site performance and campaign impact using analytics tools, delivering actionable weekly insights.
  • Track weekly and monthly performance and KPIs to inform optimizations.
  • Coordinate with regional translation teams to ensure region-specific copy and content relevance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to steer content strategy.
  • At least 2+ years in a DTC or retail e-commerce brand.
  • Familiarity with Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning in a cross-functional capacity.
  • Experience in creative campaign ideation and execution in a marketing-led role.
  • Experience with Figma would be beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and GA.
  • Ability to travel abroad for certain business-related meetings.
  • Advanced education in a marketing-based subject.
