Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Shopify Specialist to take full ownership of our internal merchandise shop. As a Talent Management & Growth firm, our brand is our biggest asset. You won't just be managing a store; you’ll be ensuring our talent and clients receive a premium brand experience through our apparel and digital goods.

What You’ll Do:

• Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory syncing, and theme customizations.
• Merch Coordination: Act as the bridge between our design team and production partners (Print-on-Demand or local vendors) to ensure high-quality output of our branded gear.
• Customer Experience: Manage the end-to-end "unboxing" journey, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and customer inquiries are handled with the same care we give our talent.
• Growth & Analytics: Track store performance, run basic promotional campaigns, and suggest new merch drops based on audience trends and firm milestones.
• Tech Stack Maintenance: Manage Shopify apps (e.g., Klaviyo for emails, Printful/Lulu for fulfillment) to ensure a seamless automated workflow.

Who You Are:

• Shopify Savvy: You know your way around the Shopify backend, from managing "Collections" to basic Liquid or app integrations.
• Brand Conscious: You understand that a logo on a shirt is a representation of our firm’s reputation, quality matters to you.
• Self-Starter: You enjoy the autonomy of "owning" a project and can troubleshoot tech or shipping hiccups independently.
• Growth-Minded: You’re interested in the intersection of talent management and e-commerce.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience managing a Shopify storefront. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Print-on-Demand (POD) or inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills (you'll be the voice of our shop).
• Experience in a talent agency, marketing firm, or creator-led business is a major plus.
