Responsibilities

• Build relationships throughout downtown Nashville
• Connect with musicians, artists, hospitality workers, and local businesses
• Visit tattoo and piercing shops, music venues, cafés, and other community gathering places
• Engage respectfully with individuals who may benefit from addiction recovery resources
• Distribute brochures, stickers, posters, and other outreach materials
• Identify new outreach opportunities and community partners
• Serve as a positive, professional ambassador for Willow Grove Recovery
• Provide feedback on trends, opportunities, and areas where outreach can grow

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident starting conversations
• Comfortable walking throughout downtown for several hours
• Familiar with Nashville's music and nightlife communities
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Passionate about helping people
• Creative, energetic, and resourceful
• Professional and respectful with people from all backgrounds

Preferred

• Current college student or recent graduate (preferred, but not required)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, events, community outreach, or marketing is a plus
• Knowledge of addiction recovery or behavioral health is helpful but not required, we'll provide training.
