Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Paid Search & Digital Advertising (Google & Meta)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• SEO & Website Management.
• Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic visibility.
• Manage website content, updates, and landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with web developers and vendors to maintain a fast, user-friendly, and brand-aligned site.
• Social Media & Reputation Management.
• Manage FEI’s official presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule engaging social campaigns aligned with institutional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years proven leadership leading a marketing team.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Google & Meta Ads required).
• Proven success managing SEO, PPC, and social campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Familiarity with education or service-based industries preferred.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
