Job Summary: |
The Director of Institutional Engagement and Communications will lead Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's internal communications strategy to strengthen understanding, alignment, and engagement around institutional priorities. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will serve as lead campus storyteller and connector by developing and executing communications that engage faculty, staff, and campus partners to RPI Forward, institutional initiatives, and organizational change. |

Starting Salary/Rate: |
Expected hiring range: $130,000 - $150,000 Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting. |
