Responsibilities

• Diversify and grow income from individual giving, philanthropy, major donors, trusts and foundations.
• Maximise income from community fundraising, events, lottery, legacies and corporate partnerships.
• Support the delivery of Evora’s Capital Fundraising Appeal.
• Build strong relationships with donors, funders, partners and community stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the Income Generation team.
• Use data, financial planning and market insight to drive performance and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of governance, compliance and ethical fundraising.
