Job Summary

Own and scale the national event program end to end, delivering high-volume, investor- and grower-focused activations while building repeatable playbooks and a high-performance team.

  • Own the end-to-end national event portfolio
  • Drive cadence to 1-2 events per week across regions and generate pipeline

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the national event portfolio end to end: calendar, formats, budgets, staffing, vendor network, and the metrics that ladder to company goals
  • Scale from today's cadence to 1-2 events per week across the Midwest, Plains, and coastal ag regions - field days, demo plots, grower dinners, investor evenings, road-tour stops, trade shows, and third-party conferences
  • Build repeatable event playbooks: site selection, run of show, AV, logistics, permits, hospitality, follow-up - so a regional event can be stood up in days, not months
  • Launch and operate the road tour: routing, vehicle wrap and staging, local partnerships, press, and per-stop conversion targets
  • Design events that generate qualified, accredited investor meetings and grower purchase commitments - two funnels, one stage
  • Own per-event targets: registrations, attendance, qualified investor meetings booked, grower demos scheduled, orders influenced, content assets produced
  • Partner with the CEOs, CRO, and counsel on investor-facing event compliance (our raise is a Reg D 506(c) offering; you run the room, leadership and counsel run the offering)
  • Convert event momentum into secured orders as the commercial pipeline matures - events transition from capital visibility to order generation over the next 12–18 months
  • Build co-branded activations with large retail, food, CPG, and ag-input companies - shared audiences, shared credibility, shared cost
  • Create moments that earn government, university, and institutional presence: extension agents, state ag departments, commodity groups, research partners on our stage

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or live-event operations, with at least 3 years owning a function and a team
  • A portfolio of produced events. This is a prerequisite - we review it like a designer's book. Show us the run of show, the budget, and the numbers it produced
  • Proven high-cadence execution: you have run programs at weekly or near-weekly frequency, not one annual conference
  • Field and rural-market fluency, or the ability to earn it fast. Agriculture, equipment, energy, or industrial B2B backgrounds are a strong plus
  • Revenue instincts: you can tie an event to meetings booked, pipeline created, and orders closed, and you report those numbers without being asked
  • Producer's eye: staging, sound, light, agenda, pacing, the moment people remember and post
  • Content fluency: you can direct a crew, brief a designer, and cut a shot list
  • Team building: you have hired crews, managed contractors across states, and developed direct reports
  • Executive presence with farmers, CEOs, scientists, investors, and public officials — same day, same stage
  • Comfort with ambiguity, road time, and early-stage pace. Travel 50%+

Preferred

  • Field and rural-market fluency, or the ability to earn it fast. Agriculture, equipment, energy, or industrial B2B backgrounds are a strong plus
  • Experience with road tours or mobile-branded activations
  • Experience with investor-facing events
