Job Description
Responsibilities
- In this individual contributor role you will develop, lead, and implement communications programs to increase trust, engagement, and awareness with internal and external audiences.
- The ECS Domain Enablement team creates high-impact campaigns and strategic messaging to support the ECS mission to enable customer and business growth through secure, resilient, trusted experiences.
- Our programs include board and executive updates, internal and external audience messaging, ECS associate development, enterprise cyber training, and social engineering awareness.
- We provide thought leadership, training, and consultation to a wide range of strategic partners to influence Fidelity’s security posture internally and externally through effective messaging and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
- Ability to create effective communication plans and compelling content for key audiences across a range of mediums and audiences
- Experience working with complex concepts and data to craft cohesive, simple messages
- Skilled influencer with the capability to work and build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization, including partners in other areas of the business
- Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities and adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of ownership of your work and the collective value the team delivers
- Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
- Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience
Preferred
- Functional experience with Jira a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
