Responsibilities

Oversee the performance, health, and strategy of all client advertising accounts across the agency.
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Local Service Ads (LSAs).
Develop advanced lead-generation strategies for industries including law firms, health & wellness providers, and home services companies.
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex or high-touch client accounts.
Identify opportunities for campaign improvements, scaling, and optimization across all advertising platforms.
Ensure advertising performance aligns with actual client outcomes such as booked appointments, qualified leads, and revenue generation.
Analyze campaign performance alongside CRM data and lead tracking systems to ensure accurate attribution and meaningful insights.
Connect advertising performance to real business outcomes, not just platform metrics.
Work within client CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Clio, ServiceTitan, CallRail, or similar systems to evaluate lead quality and performance.
Make data-informed decisions that improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Requirements

7+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns
Extensive expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Local Service Ads (LSAs)
Proven experience managing 20–50+ client accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated success generating leads for law firms, home services companies, and health/wellness businesses
Strong understanding of LSA optimization including ranking factors, dispute management, budget pacing, and review strategies
Experience working inside CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Clio, ServiceTitan, CallRail, or similar systems
Ability to connect advertising performance to real business results using CRM data
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing and mentoring team members
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
