Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communications strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and long-term business objectives.
  • Establish communication standards, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines across all business functions.
  • Ensure consistent corporate messaging across internal and external communication channels.
  • Support executive leadership in communicating strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop executive speeches, presentations, leadership announcements, and corporate messaging.
  • Prepare communication materials for executive meetings, town halls, and industry events.
  • Support executive thought leadership through articles, interviews, keynote speeches, and public appearances.
  • Advise senior leadership on communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead internal communication programs that promote employee engagement, transparency, and organizational alignment.
  • Develop company-wide announcements, newsletters, intranet content, and employee communication campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or executive communications.
  • Proven success managing enterprise communication strategies and reputation management programs.
  • Strong expertise in internal communications, executive communications, media relations, and crisis management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial services, SaaS, technology, or multinational organizations.
  • Knowledge of ESG communications, corporate governance, sustainability reporting, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organizational transformation, or global expansion initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital communications, social media management, content management systems (CMS), and media monitoring platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring communication effectiveness through KPIs and analytics.
  • International communications experience and multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
