Job Summary

Build strategic advisory capabilities by translating complex business problems into decisive actions, aligning senior stakeholders, and turning ideas into executable programs across communications, partnerships, and client solutions.

  • Translate ambiguous concepts into concrete action plans and steward initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver integrated client solutions and market insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate engagement with a cross-functional group of senior leaders and stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to align priorities, drive progress, and deliver results against key assignments.
  • Develop high-quality materials for senior audiences, including presentations, briefing memos, case studies, agendas, meeting summaries, and strategic documents, demonstrating strong writing and design capabilities and the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.
  • Research, develop, and write CEO-level communications including talking points, newsletters, etc, with a pov about what should be said, how, and where.
  • Translate emerging ideas and concepts into concrete plans of action, operating effectively in ambiguous environments and advancing initiatives even when the path forward is still being defined.
  • Design, develop, and steward initiatives from concept through execution, spanning experiences, communications, partnerships, and strategic programs.
  • Conduct independent research and engage external partners and experts to evaluate opportunities, gather intelligence, and act as a trusted extension of the client and their brand.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and effectively navigating complex stakeholder environments and decision-making processes.
  • Deliver market and landscape analysis, and opportunity gap assessment.
  • Develop deep subject-matter familiarity, synthesizing insights from multiple sources and acting as a knowledgeable advisor to the client while drawing on specialized experts when appropriate.
  • Formulate clear points of view and strategic recommendations that help clients evaluate options and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal agency teams and subject-matter experts across the network to develop integrated solutions and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8-10+ years experience developing and driving insight-fueled comms strategies and plans at an agency or consumer brand. Some agency experience strongly preferred.
  • NYC (hybrid - must be able to work in-office 3+ days a week)

Preferred

  • Experience with public policy issues a plus
