• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals by demonstrating strong sales negotiation skills and strategic deal-closing techniques.
• Collaborate across departments including marketing, sales, product management, and customer service to ensure cohesive execution of business initiatives.
• Manage existing client relationships to enhance retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities through proactive relationship management strategies.
• Oversee the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that articulate value propositions tailored to diverse client needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning and identify emerging opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud and other CRM systems for pipeline management and customer data analysis.
• Excellent skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management with a focus on strategic account growth.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, prospecting techniques, and cross-functional collaboration practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, guiding strategic planning efforts, and executing complex projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes.
• Experience with enterprise selling processes, customer communication strategies, and project management methodologies.
