Job Summary

Own the adoption and operationalization of the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework across segments, regions and markets, driving change strategy, cascading guidance, playbook enablement and continuous improvement through collaboration with Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting and project teams.

  • Lead change strategy and adoption planning across segments
  • Manage global-to-regional cascade and playbook enablement with cross-functional partners

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change strategy for adoption of the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework across assigned Mars segments, regions and markets.
  • Translate framework priorities into practical change plans, adoption roadmaps, collaborator maps, achievement plans, communications and governance routines.
  • Define the operating model required to sustain measurement adoption, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, cadences, routes for critical issues, handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Partner with Measurement Leads, Data Strategy, Reporting and Project Management teams to align adoption plans with data readiness, reporting rollout, dashboard availability and market implementation timelines.
  • Identify change impacts for each audience group, clarifying what is changing, what remains the same, what is being sunset, and what new behaviors are required from global, regional and local teams.
  • Ensure adoption activity is practical, sequenced and grounded in market realities, rather than limited to framework documentation or one-off training.
  • Design and manage the global-to-regional cascade for the OneMars Measurement & Learning framework, ensuring segment teams understand how global principles translate into regional and market ways of working.
  • Create clear cascade materials for assigned segments, including briefing packs, talking points, workshop materials, collaborator updates, launch communications and leadership readouts.
  • Support regional and market teams in adapting the framework to local maturity, available data, reporting capabilities and existing planning/activation processes while maintaining global consistency.
  • Clarify where the framework connects into the One Mars Process, including growth planning, PESO system design, activation planning, real-time reporting, post-campaign analysis and learning loops.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in measurement, marketing transformation, change management, analytics operations, media operations, project delivery or client-facing transformation within an agency, consultancy, technology or client-side environment.
  • Proven experience driving adoption of frameworks, operating models, dashboards, playbooks, measurement programs, reporting processes, data governance routines or transformation initiatives across complex partner groups.
  • Experience supporting global-to-regional cascades and market adoption, including collaborator mapping, training, communications, change impact assessment, readiness tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Strong practical understanding of marketing measurement, Measurement & Learning frameworks, benchmark hierarchies, reporting standards, test-and-learn processes, post-campaign analysis, dashboard adoption and data quality requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex measurement and reporting requirements into clear operating models, playbooks, training materials, communications, readiness trackers and collaborator friendly guidance.
  • Experience using adoption, readiness or program-management tools such as SharePoint, Teams, project trackers, dashboards, workflow documentation platforms and reporting systems such as Power BI, Tableau or Datorama.
  • Good understanding of governance, RACI/RAPID models, access management, reporting cadences, QA processes, dashboard usage standards and responsible adoption of AI-enabled measurement tools.
  • Excellent change leadership and partner engagement skills, with the ability to create momentum, build trust and help teams adopt new measurement behaviors sustainably.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to run workshops, build playbooks, simplify complex topics and explain what is changing in a practical, user-focused way.
  • Highly organized and delivery-focused, with strong operating model discipline, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple segments, markets, collaborators and workstreams simultaneously.
