Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive occupancy and strategic census growth
Cultivate strong hospital and referral partnerships
Lead local marketing initiatives
Ensure a seamless, compassionate admissions experience
Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in
Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Track, analyze, and report census data
Build & Strengthen Referral Networks
Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology

Preferred

Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related field
Active LPN license in the state of practice
Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions
