Responsibilities

• Driving enrollment outcomes and strengthening the student pipeline
• Leading the admission process from inquiry through enrollment
• Ensuring that Wyndcroft’s story is told clearly, consistently, and authentically
• Partnering with faculty and staff to reflect the life of the school in our communications
• The Director of Admission and Communications serves as a member of the Wyndcroft Leadership Team and works closely with the Head of School and colleagues across the institution to align enrollment strategy with the school’s mission and long-term sustainability
