abra Professional services is seeking an experienced Digital Systems Operations Engineer to join our leading technology team in the field of cyber defense and security tools development. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining critical production systems, while driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Managing and operating production systems across Web, Windows, and Linux environments Troubleshooting and resolving complex real-time production incidents Ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical digital platforms Collaborating closely with Development, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams Working directly with both business and technology stakeholders Requirements Mandatory Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in Production / Operations roles within Web environments Strong hands-on experience with IIS and Windows/Linux operating systems Practical experience operating systems integrated with databases (SQL / Oracle) Expertise in security systems: Reverse Proxy, SSL certificates, encryption mechanisms At least 1 year of experience working with public cloud environments and DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Docker, EKS / EKS-A, AWS and related services Significant Advantage Experience with F5 APM and Transmit Security Scripting experience (PowerShell / Bash / Python) Familiarity with authentication protocols: LDAP, Azure AD, OAuth2, SAML, JWT Experience building dashboards and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog) Knowledge of networking and internet infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
