Job Summary

Own the video content pipeline for social channels by planning, shooting, editing, and publishing short and long form assets that tell campus stories and highlight programs and impact.

  • Content: Plan and execute video across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook to drive engagement.
  • Production: Film, edit, caption, and optimize content for varied audiences and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Source stories with cross department partners to showcase programs and outcomes.

Job Description

Create, edit, and publish short- and long-form video content for social media and digital channels. Assist with content planning, development, and execution across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. Support video production efforts, including filming, editing, captioning, and optimizing content for various audiences and platforms. Collaborate with staff across departments to identify and develop stories that highlight Active Minds programs, events, and impact. Assist with graphic design and content creation using Canva and other creative tools. Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and content best practices to inform content development. Support community engagement efforts by helping manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.
