Own end-to-end social video production from concept to delivery, across man-on-the-street, red carpet, studio interviews, and talent-driven formats.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shoot, produce, and edit short- and long-form social-first video content
- Capture high-quality video using iPhone, DJI Osmo/gimbal systems, and DSLR/mirrorless cameras
- Direct and shoot content in a variety of environments including:
- Man-on-the-street interviews
- Red carpet and live event coverage
- Talent-driven social content
- Studio interviews and hosted productions
- Collaborate with producers, talent, and social teams to develop engaging concepts and visual approaches
- Edit content optimized for platform-specific performance across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create motion graphics, text treatments, and social-native visual elements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience producing and editing digital/social video content
- Demonstrated experience shooting with: - iPhone/mobile-first production setups - DJI Osmo or similar stabilization/gimbal systems - DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
- Strong field production experience, including red carpets, live events, and street-style interviews
- Experience directing and lighting in studio environments
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including: - Premiere Pro - After Effects - Photoshop - Lightroom - Audition
- Deep understanding of social media storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
- Strong sense of framing, composition, audio, and lighting
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of current digital trends, creators, and platform best practices
Preferred
- Experience working in entertainment, news, sports, lifestyle, or pop culture media
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Experience producing talent-led or personality-driven content
- Familiarity with live production workflows and social publishing tools
- Photography experience is a plus
