Job Description – Digital Product Owner LG is seeking a Digital Product Owner to to expand our digital product team as we develop, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital product. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Digital Product Management, ideally within an eCommerce-based environment. They must have a customer-first mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end development, and data-focused abilities to optimize how to track, analyze, and improve our digital product. This role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills as our team works across the breadth of the LG organization. This is a customer centric role, working to effectively translate the needs of the customer and organization into optimized customer experience, increased conversion and new business opportunities. Objectives Help drive short and long-term product build best in class digital products Coordinate with and/or conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers and research teams from end to end of the process. Navigate complex matrix organizations to ensure organizational and business needs are thoroughly integrated and balanced against customer desires and needs within the planning process Craft a product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy, plans and implementable features Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build product roadmaps that will be incorporated in to the broader company product portfolio plan Evaluate, analyze, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources Leverage expertise to help with ongoing process and workflow enhancement efforts Daily and Monthly Responsibilities Manage the product roadmap and backlog for a set of digital products Oversee and lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing Partner with leadership teams to identify key capabilities needed as well as identifying potential issues Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization Partner with the Tech Team to manage the roadmap and backlog to ensure that Tech delivers all capabilities on time and per expectation Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements Skills and Qualifications 5+ years experience in a Digital Product Owner role or similar Product management experience within eCommerce environment a plus Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Project Management Industries Marketing Services
