Job Description
Responsibilities
- Strategy, planning, and global management of paid media across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and others.
- Hands-on campaign setup, management, and optimization across Paid Social, PPC, and SEO.
- Leveraging insights to reach segmented consumer audiences by demographics, locations, behaviours, and interests.
- Refining campaigns with data and testing methodologies, ensuring correct tagging and tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and related tools.
- Presenting campaign performance with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partnering with clients to understand goals, brief campaigns, and communicate results clearly.
- Contributing to new business pitches with digital strategy insights and trends.
- Collaborating with account directors, creative teams, and sales to integrate digital media into multi-channel plans as the main digital contact.
- Evaluating new digital trends and translating them into actionable media solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying across paid social, display, and paid search; agency experience preferred.
- Experience in both B2C consumer marketing and B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on usage of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, plus Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, UTM, and SEO tools.
- Strong strategic thinking balancing high-level strategy with detailed tactical execution.
- Data-led decision making with a focus on business outcomes, not just platform metrics.
- Collaborative communicator comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple client projects and priorities.
Preferred
- DV360 or other DSP experience desirable.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B campaigns.
