Minimum Degree Required Bachelor's Degree Minimum Year(s) Of Experience 3 year(s) Required Knowledge/Skills Hands-on experience with: Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar, and Analytics, personalization, and campaign management technologies Understanding of audience segmentation, data onboarding, and identity management workflows. Hands on experience both using AI for productivity and delivering AI solutions for large organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect marketing technology to business performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Fields Of Study Marketing,Computer and Information Science Preferred Knowledge/Skills Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with data privacy, consent management, and digital governance standards. Prior consulting or agency experience in a client-facing environment. The Opportunity As part of the Marketing Technology team you will support the design, evaluation, and implementation of enterprise marketing technology solutions that connect data, platforms, and content experiences. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
