The position supports events, creative projects, production support, client communication, marketing activity, and project coordination and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward. What You Will Coordinate - Support digital marketing specialist work connected with events, creative projects, production support, client communication, marketing activity, and project coordination. - Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation. - Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials. - Track activity and performance indicators and prepare clear updates for internal or client review. - Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate. - Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.
