Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and optimisation of digital platforms, websites and eCommerce solutions across the business
- Collaborate with Digital, IT, Marketing, Segment and Business teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Capture, prioritise and translate customer and business requirements into effective digital solutions
- Work with development teams to create clear functional specifications and user requirements
- Coordinate digital projects and enhancements to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and timelines
- Support the implementation of new digital functionality that improves customer experience and business performance
- Monitor digital platform performance and provide reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for optimisation, customer engagement and continuous improvement
- Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and users
- Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, industry trends and best practices
- Ensure digital solutions comply with brand guidelines, governance standards and business requirements
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field
- Experience supporting digital marketing, website management or eCommerce activities
- Experience delivering digital projects and working with multiple stakeholders
- A strong interest in digital technologies, customer experience and online platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions
- A proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
