Own regional digital demand generation across UKI, Scandinavia, DACH and Benelux, delivering pipeline through paid and organic programs with AI-driven optimization.

Drive regional pipeline by owning paid search, paid social, retargeting, SEO and website conversion optimization with AI-enabled experiments.
Build and optimize AI-first campaigns, reporting, and localization messaging for UKI, DACH, Scandinavia, and Benelux.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, lead and execute digital marketing strategies across UKI, Scandinavia, DACH and Benelux
Drive pipeline growth through highly-targeted paid and organic demand generation programs
Own performance across channels including paid search, paid social, retargeting and website conversion optimization
Take an AI-first approach to campaign execution, personalization, reporting and operational efficiency
Optimize digital campaigns through continuous testing, audience refinement and data analysis
Support localized campaigns, SEO strategies and messaging tailored to regional audiences and buying behaviors
Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI and channel effectiveness
