Own the digital and content marketing stack with end-to-end ownership of strategy, audience targeting, website content, and campaign measurement.

Own digital campaigns across social, SEO, and PPC with budget discipline and impact tracking.
Develop and manage website content and marketing collateral for consistent brand storytelling.
Turn market and competitor insights into actionable reports for leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Along with Directors, develop and execute the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
Identify and target key audiences effectively
Manage day-to-day marketing spend within the agreed budgets for the best possible benefit of the business
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, using a full range of online tactics including social media, SEO and PPC (Google Adwords, GA4 and Bing)
Develop and manage website content
Prepare all marketing copy and collateral
Manage photography of projects to ensure we have the best possible imagery for marketing collateral and online content
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns
Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity and produce reports for the Directors

Requirements

Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years’ digital marketing experience
Hands-on experience planning and running SEO and PPC campaigns
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
A creative eye for design, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

Nice-to-have

Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within construction or the built environment
Experience managing website content via WordPress
Wider Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Illustrator) or Canva
Email marketing and CRM experience
