Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Support SEO and GEO activity, including keyword and topic research, on-page optimisation, content recommendations and opportunities to improve visibility in traditional and AI-led search
Write ad copy, plan visual assets and work with clients to develop audience-first campaign creative
Monitor campaign performance and budgets, turning insight into clear recommendations and next steps
Work directly with clients, preparing updates, contributing to meetings and progressively taking the lead on calls

Requirements

Relevant experience working in a digital or fully integrated marketing agency, or similar industry experience
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console, plus experience using Google Tag Manager for campaign tracking
A working knowledge of SEO, with an interest in how search is changing through GEO and AI-led search
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence speaking directly to clients
A positive, can-do approach, plenty of initiative and an appetite to keep learning
