Job Summary

Own the Digital Shelf and analytics backbone for cross-border digital marketing, coordinating with Brandbank, retailers, and internal teams to close content gaps, drive tagging standards, and turn data into action that lifts online visibility and sales.

  • Ownership: Digital Shelf content and monthly/quarterly reporting to steer online growth.
  • Cross-functional facilitation: single point of contact for agency and internal teams to drive marketing excellence and alignment.
  • Data synthesis: translate GA4, Profitero, and shopper signals into actionable recommendations for web assets and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate SEO strategy execution in support of brand strategies and objectives
  • Become a key contact and facilitator for both our agency and internal stakeholders to drive and implement Digital marketing excellence across the board.
  • Support the team with UTM tagging creation and implementation.
  • Be a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of our Digital Shelf strategy, working closely with the Content Senior Manager
  • Become the main POC for internal and external stakeholders. Building relationship and visibility will important to understand priorities, support needed and implementation. You will oversee the relationship with Brandbank and online retailer teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Be proactive on identifying current content gaps and driving projects to rectify, deploy and measure project success with impact on Sales.
  • Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and adhoc Profiter Digital Shelf reports and analysis
  • Manage DS content development workstreams supporting our Online Sales growth across both our Branded and OL portfolios
  • Lead our Product Review creation program by prioritising key brands and managing all relevant teams and partners to ensure timely project delivery and grow online visibility
  • Deploy UK learnings and best practices across the rest of our North Europe cluster.
  • You will engage with a variety of data sources that you will need to understand to build actionable recommendations for the team (think GA4, Amazon Advertising, IRI, Shopper data, Profitero)
  • Work closely and collaboratively with local and Global stakeholders to ensure our web assets are up to date.
  • Analyse digital data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Own Social Listening insight analysis and delivery to both Local and Global teams for our key categories
  • Collaborate with team members to drive the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources, including web analytics, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports that effectively share insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for optimisation
  • Provide recommendations for improving owned assets user experience based on analytics
  • Monitor and report on industry trends related to digital marketing, analytics, and consumer behaviour

Requirements

  • 2+ Year Experience in Digital marketing
  • Experience on analytical platforms such as Profitero, GA4, Social Listening tools preferred
  • FMCG or Healthcare experience preferred
