Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working within a luxury accessories environment, you will combine analytical rigor with an understanding of premium brand positioning to elevate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The primary purpose of the role is to support the Jimmy Choo channel marketing team with reporting, data visualization and data driven analysis to drive ecommerce business growth.
  • Working in a fast paced, international environment, and using analytics data to identify channel performance, user behaviour patterns, marketing spend efficiencies and potential areas of growth.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Owner of all channel marketing routine reports, optimising and enhancing. Data driven storytelling to illustrate performance KPIs.
  • - Analyse performance across key digital channels (paid social, search, display, affiliates, email, CRM)
  • - Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards (weekly/monthly performance reviews)
  • - Identify trends, anomalies, and optimisation opportunities across markets and campaigns
  • - Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Campaign & Channel Optimisation
  • - Support A/B testing frameworks across creative, targeting, and landing pages
  • - Partner with channel managers to evaluate campaign effectiveness (ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads) or other tools like SimilarWeb, Brandwatch
  • Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Understanding of key digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, interest in AI.
  • Strong PC Skills – Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail sectors
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
  • Experience working across multiple markets or regions
  • Familiarity with e-com toolsets such as Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, Content Square, Syte, Bizarre Voice, Full Story would be advantageous.
