Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Create and direct local video content featuring physicians, clinicians, healthcare services, educational topics and clinical-research opportunities.
• Record professional-quality content using smartphones, cameras, microphones, lighting and other production equipment.
• Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, interview questions, titles, captions, thumbnails and calls to action.
• Personally understand video editing sufficiently to evaluate pacing, audio, lighting, transitions, graphics, captions, branding and overall production quality.
• Direct and manage outsourced video editors while remaining accountable for the final product.
• Convert long-form videos into platform-specific short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and production schedule.
• Monitor content performance and improve topics, presentation, hooks, thumbnails and calls to action based on data.
• Ensure that all published content is professional, accurate and consistent with the organization’s brand.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in digital marketing, healthcare or professional content creation, social-media growth, SEO and lead generation
• Hands-on experience creating video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms
• Practical video-production and video-editing experience
• Ability to independently evaluate and approve the work of professional video editors
• Strong knowledge of SEO, local SEO, keyword research, website analytics and conversion optimization
• Demonstrated experience generating measurable leads through organic or paid digital campaigns
• Strong project-management skills and experience managing remote employees, contractors or international teams
• Excellent writing, communication, organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines, quality and accountability
• Ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into specific corrective actions

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, psychiatry, clinical research or another regulated industry
• Understanding of HIPAA, healthcare advertising, patient privacy and medical-content review
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics and professional SEO tools
• Experience with paid search and paid social-media campaigns
• Experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Trello
• Familiarity with CMS, landing pages, lead forms and marketing automation
• Experience recruiting, organizing or supervising an outsourced creative or digital-marketing team
• Portfolio or demonstrated examples of videos, content, SEO campaigns and measurable growth outcomes
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, resilience and personal accountability
