We currently operate 12 brick-and-mortar retail locations plus RomanticDepot.com and are preparing our 13th location in the Times Square/Midtown Manhattan area, with a targeted grand opening around Christmas 2026 or Valentine’s Day 2027.

As we expand our digital business, we are looking for a smart, dependable and highly organized Digital E-Commerce, SEO & POS Administrative Assistant to join ouradministration ockland County team.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on position working with our e-commerce, POS, product catalog and digital-growth teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Adding and updating products in WooCommerce and our POS system
• Maintaining SKUs, UPCs, pricing, inventory, categories and product attributes
• Uploading and organizing product images and information
• Writing and improving SEO-friendly product descriptions
• Updating page titles, meta descriptions, categories and tags
• Assisting with Google SEO and Local SEO
• Supporting internal-linking and product/category optimization
• Helping identify duplicate, missing or incorrect product information
• Working with spreadsheets and product feeds
• Assisting with Google Search Console and GA4 reporting
• Using ChatGPT and other approved AI tools for research, organization and content assistance
• Supporting emerging GEO/AEO and AI-search optimization
• Coordinating projects with our SEO, e-commerce and development teams
• Following projects through to completion
