Job Summary

Own the coordination and execution of show-specific marketing assets, manage the asset library and content calendar, drive social posting and engagement, oversee website updates, and run light Meta campaigns with a focus on brand voice and IP compliance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with both internal and external partners to make sure show-specific Marketing assets are approved and ready to go
  • Occasional photo & video, and/or graphic design (slide decks, poster artwork, etc)
  • Maintaining asset library and overseeing content calendar for social postings, including preparing, capturing, and schedule-posting an estimated 2-3 posts per week using existing photo & video assets
  • Managing comments and tracking social performance insights
  • Updating Squarespace website content as needed
  • Overseeing simple in-house Meta campaigns for individual shows

Requirements

  • Must have a keen eye for design, and a strong vocabulary for online social engagement
  • Must have clear and comfortable writing skills and an understanding of brand voice
  • Must have an excellent attention to detail and comfort ensuring that IP protocols are respected
  • Must have a working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Photoshop. Knowledge of Canva, Final Cut, Meta Business Suite and Squarespace strongly preferred
  • Ideal candidates are self-starters and feel comfortable pitching new ideas and running with them
