Responsibilities
- coordinate editorial projects and the writing team’s workflow while creating engaging content for our website, social media, email campaigns, fundraising efforts, newsletters and public relations

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Five or more years of professional experience in content writing, editing and digital communications
- Strong writing, editing, project coordination and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, ClickUp, Canva, InDesign or similar tools
- Commitment to Jesus Christ and support for Mennonite Mission Network’s mission, values and anti-racism commitments
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20 days per year
Preferred
- Marketing agency or comparable communications experience is preferred
- Spanish-language fluency is a plus
