  • Ops & Assets: Manage media library, WordPress formatting, newsletters, and design templates to ensure brand consistency.

Job Description

Own the day-to-day social presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, focusing on content that educates, inspires, and reflects Hebrew College’s Jewish-life community.

  • Content & Community: Build a calendar, create short-form video, graphics, and copy that align with the academic year and Jewish calendar.
  • Engagement & Growth: Monitor comments, respond, and track performance to inform iterative improvements.
  • Ops & Assets: Manage photo/video library, WordPress updates, email newsletters, and design templates to maintain brand consistency.
  • Multichannel storytelling: Capture campus life, student and faculty spotlights, Jewish holiday moments, and community storytelling through video.
  • Copy & Promotion: Write concise promotional copy for events, programs, and newsletters.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics and share recommendations for optimization.
  • Trend scouting: Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging channels.
  • Graphic Design: Design social, email, event flyers, signage, brochures, and web visuals.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure visual identity across all assets.
  • Media production: Photograph campus events and coordinate with external photographers as needed.
