Job Summary

Drive cross-channel content programs and client-facing digital campaigns, turning social, newsletters, and assets into measurable engagement and growth for multiple accounts.

  • Content & Social Execution: plan calendars, craft copy, assemble assets, and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
  • Campaign Delivery & Project Management: coordinate timelines, workflows, and partnerships to deliver integrated PR and digital campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and present insights to improve engagement and outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Digital Communications & Content: Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Draft compelling social media copy, digital content, newsletters, and client communications.
  • Coordinate content creation, including graphics, short-form video, and branded digital assets.
  • Schedule and publish content using digital management tools.
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and audience interaction.
  • Account Management: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Participate in client meetings, status calls, and campaign planning sessions.
  • Support strategic communications planning and digital campaign development.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and client updates.
  • Help ensure client goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in PR, communications, digital marketing, or agency account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital communications and social media strategy
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
  • Professional client-facing communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a PR or communications agency.
  • Experience working with government contracts.
  • Familiarity with media relations and integrated campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design and short-form video editing experience.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
