Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation, resizing, and formatting of marketing assets for digital, social media, email, and web use
• Support trade show and event graphics, including signage, booth assets, and promotional materials
• Prepare design files for internal review and production (exports, file organization, versioning)
• Work from established brand guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency
• Collaborate with the graphic designer and content team on campaign execution
• Assist with basic image editing, layout adjustments, and asset updates
• Other duties as assigned
• Support light motion graphics or video editing if skills permit
• Assist with organizing and maintaining creative asset libraries

Requirements

• Education & Certifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: - Coursework or hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva - Familiarity with social media or digital-first design is a plus - Portfolio, class projects, or work samples preferred
